Installation Notes:
Those are textures only for the default Lockheed 5C Vega painted in the Altair Virtual Air Service Inc, livery from the 1920s period. All you have to do is unzip the package into the default Lockheed 5C Vega folder and add the content of the readme into the aircraft.cfg file.
